These are the standards we expect new public work to follow and existing work to move toward.

Automated checks can find patterns, but they do not replace human review of real tasks.

A component is only accessible when its content, state, placement, and surrounding workflow are accessible too.

Feedback from a person encountering a barrier is evidence that should change the product backlog.
Known limitations
The site and connected products continue to evolve, and some content comes from systems we do not fully control.
Linked product sites, embedded media, external documents, and provider interfaces may have accessibility behavior outside Last Land's direct control. We still want reports about barriers at those handoff points.
A legacy image or downloadable file may not contain an equivalent text description or accessible document structure. Contact us for the information in another reasonable format.
New or substantially revised workflows may have defects that were not found before release. High-impact barriers in core tasks receive priority when reported.
